How long does it take until my Molly B Original Arrives?
All items sold on the website will be shipped USPS First class mail within 2-3 weeks.
Custom Orders and monogrammed necklaces will be the only exception and those can take up to 3 weeks.
Once a package has shipped from Molly B Originals, it is no longer in the possession of our shop. We cannot
be held liable for damaged boxes or any orders that are lost etc. These are issues that you as the customer will have to follow up with the carrier. In most cases, this is the USPS. You will be able to file a claim with them for damages and/or missing packages.
Broken Merchandise and Repairs
All jewelry is handmade. Jewelry needs to be taken care of and not worn while showering, sleeping, applying make-up, hairspray or self tanner. There are times the actual monogram will break. These cannot be twisted or pulled. If you would like an item repaired after 30 days it can be shipped at the customers expense to Molly B Originals. The cost for a new monogram and repair will be $15. Invoices will be sent via PayPal and must be paid prior to repairs. Thank you for your understanding on this issue.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Yes! Molly B Originals loves custom orders. Contact us to discuss ideas and what you're looking for. Turn around time will be longer for these and prices will vary. Adding length/shortening to orders after they have shipped will result in a $10 fee plus postage.

Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping is $4.00. If you'd like your necklace sooner please contact us. There will be an additional charge for Priority Shipping or expedited shipping. If you live locally we are happy to deliver to you, just let us know.
